Help us enhance your Oli experience

At Oliva, we want to give you the best possible experience. To achieve this, we kindly ask for your consent to process some of your data provided to us while you use our services. This data can help us ensure you have a customised experience on our platform and receive the best support throughout your journey.

What you are consenting to

By allowing this request, you are consenting to the processing the data you provide through the Oli AI chat function for the following purposes:

  1. Oli storing memories about your chat to be used when providing outputs for you only. Oli is designed to learn about users over time to provide more personalised support through implemented memory. Memories are derived data stored separately from chat messages. When you delete a session, your message data is deleted, but the memories (which are automatically extracted) that Oli learned about you can be retained to provide you with a more personalised experience. These memories will only be accessed by Oli for you specifically, Oli will not use these for AI training.

  2. Customised resources: providing you with tailored articles and materials based on the information provided to Oli.

The value of your consent

Your consent of data processing allows for the following:

  • Personal growth: using data processing, we’ll develop new features that give you valuable insights from each session—enriching your ongoing wellbeing journey with Oliva.

Thank you for investing in your own mental health and enhancing your Oliva experience.

Your privacy matters to us

Your data will be handled with utmost care, ensuring security and confidentiality at all times. Your professional, their supervisor, and the Oliva care team can access it for the purpose of supervising care.

Members of the Oli product team may also have access to the data for service improvement. Your data will be pseudonymised, meaning Oli will not have access to your name, but a numerical identifier that will allow us to make any required changes based on your profile data. This data will not be shared outside Oli.

If you choose not to consent

You can choose not to consent to your data being processed for these purposes by not allowing our request when prompted. You can continue engaging with Oli and in 1-to-1 sessions, and your data will not be further processed.

How to change your preferences

To edit your data processing settings, log into your Oli account, go to your profile, and scroll down to the Permissions section. These settings can be changed at any time.
